Can employee answers be anonymous?
Yes. When launching each session, you choose anonymous or named answers. For a sensitive topic or candid views on the organisation, anonymity helps people speak up.
Can we keep a record of mandatory training?
Yes. With named answers, you know who took part and what they answered. On paid plans, export the results as CSV or PDF for your records.
Where is our employees’ data hosted?
In France, on HDS-certified servers, with no transfer outside the European Union. Evalandgo works with a data protection officer; everything is detailed in the trust centre.
Do my participants need an account?
No. They join the Live in their phone’s browser with the QR code, a custom link or an 8-digit code. The participant interface is available in French, English and Spanish.
What if I get stuck preparing my session?
