Evalandgo Live
Make the key points of your training stick.
To make training stick, get learners practising during the session: a quiz after each topic, an explanation straight away, then a follow-up evaluation. Evalandgo brings the live quiz and the survey together in one account.
Is your training quickly forgotten?
You explain, heads nod, and three weeks later nobody remembers. Change your method: after each topic, launch a two-question quiz. Within seconds, you see what has been understood. A mistake keeps coming up? Rephrase straight away, take another example, ask again.
Learners search, answer, make mistakes and correct them: that is how people remember. Testing yourself helps you remember; this is the testing effect documented by Roediger and Karpicke (2006).
In three steps
Assess before the session
Send a positioning survey: one expectation and one question linked to the target skill. Adapt your examples to the answers, without confusing self-assessment with demonstrated mastery.
Practise live
After a topic, present a situation and several plausible options. Explain why each option works or not before moving on.
Check what remains
Send a follow-up survey a few weeks later. Ask what has been applied and what is still difficult, then target your support.
At the end of the training
You know what each group understood, you revisited fragile points on the spot, and the follow-up survey tells you what has been applied.

Frequently asked questions
Should every question have a timer?
No. A time limit can help set the pace, but it can also end up measuring reading speed. Use it only when it serves the learning objective.
Should I show a leaderboard?
Choose according to the objective. For an end-of-day review, a leaderboard renews attention. For a sensitive or formative activity, favour discussing the answers and the right to make mistakes.
What should a follow-up evaluation ask?
Ask about a real situation: what has been applied, in what context and with what difficulty. Add an application case if you want to check a skill.
Do live quizzes and follow-up surveys complement each other?
Yes, and they are in the same account. The live quiz adjusts the session on the spot; the survey gathers feedback after people have put things into practice. You follow learners from start to finish without switching tools or paying for two subscriptions.
Will my learners take it seriously?
Yes, because every question serves learning: checking a topic, correcting a common mistake, renewing attention. The quiz becomes an exercise, and mistakes become a chance to understand.
Can I track each learner’s results?
Yes. When you launch the session, choose named answers to follow each person, or anonymous answers to make mistakes feel safe during learning.
