Evalandgo Live
Run a brainstorm where everyone suggests, debates and decides.
To run a brainstorm, separate three stages: everyone suggests ideas from their phone, the group clarifies them, then votes to choose. Evalandgo Live collects and displays contributions live, in the room and remotely.
Ideas to find, a strategy to choose?
Which project should you launch? How do you reach new customers? Do not search alone: run a brainstorm in Live. Everyone suggests ideas from their phone, all of them appear on screen, then the group debates and votes.
You leave with solutions, and your colleagues leave feeling they counted: they gave their view, defended an idea, took part in the choice. Start with individual thinking time, so the first ideas do not steer the whole group.
In three steps
Frame the problem
Announce the topic, the scope and what will be decided. A question about a specific obstacle produces answers that are easier to use than a general call for ideas.
Collect contributions
Launch a Brainstorming question: everyone suggests ideas from their phone. Allow silent time before sharing and ask for clarification on ambiguous ideas.
Choose an experiment
Vote on priorities, then turn the most supported one into a testable action. Decide who owns it, for how long and what feedback will show whether it works.
At the end of the workshop
Every idea is on screen, priorities are voted, and one action has an owner and a date. Your team took part in the decision.

Frequently asked questions
Is a word cloud enough for brainstorming?
To open the discussion, yes: it brings out recurring themes. To collect real proposals, use the Brainstorming question: everyone writes their ideas, then the group debates them.
How can I reduce the influence of the first ideas?
Plan individual thinking time before sharing. Announce how long people have and ask everyone to write their idea before commenting on others.
How do ideas become priorities?
Clarify the ideas first, then compare them with the same criteria, such as expected effect and effort. A poll can inform the choice but does not replace this clarification.
Does the same sequence work remotely?
Yes, the principle stays the same: a visible question, individual time, then a group discussion. Check screen sharing and access to the link or code before you start.
Can people suggest ideas anonymously?
Yes, if you choose this when launching the session. Anonymity helps people suggest a bold idea or point out a problem without worrying about what others think.
