Evalandgo Live

Train your team at the end of a meeting, in five minutes.

To train your team without blocking a full day, add a five-minute quiz at the end of your weekly meetings: the key points of a new product, a procedure, a rule. With Evalandgo Live, everyone answers from their phone and you instantly see what has been remembered.

A new product to launch, and no time to train?

Your sales team must master the new product’s key selling points before Monday. No need for a full training day: present the points during the weekly meeting, then launch a five-question quiz. Within two minutes, you know who remembers them.

Repeat the ritual every week: a procedure, a rule, a key figure. Short, regular formats build learning without overloading the calendar. With named answers, you also see who needs a little help.

In three steps

  1. Present the essentials

Three selling points, one procedure, one rule: no more. Keep five minutes at the end of the meeting for the quiz.

  2. Launch the recap quiz

Five questions, a short timer, and everyone answers from their phone. A final leaderboard renews attention.

  3. Revisit what is not clear

A question most people got wrong? Explain it again straight away, or make it the topic of the next meeting.

At the end of the meeting

The team has reviewed the essentials in five minutes, you know who masters the key points, and what is unclear is revisited straight away.

  1. Before: spot the needs

  2. During: the recap quiz

Five questions at the end of the meeting, and what is unclear revisited straight away.

  3. After: check later

A month later, a follow-up evaluation confirms the key points or procedure are mastered.

Frequently asked questions

What is microlearning?

Short learning sequences of a few minutes, repeated regularly and focused on a single point. A five-question live quiz at the end of a meeting is an example: it reviews the essentials without blocking a full day.

How many questions should I plan?

Five questions are enough for a recap quiz. Beyond that, the format eats into the meeting. A short quiz every week works better than a long questionnaire once a quarter.

Do I need to create a new Live every week?

No. Duplicate an existing Live and change the questions, or launch a new session of the same Live to check a point is still remembered a few weeks later.

Can I track each employee’s results?

Yes, with named answers chosen when launching the session. For a more relaxed quiz where mistakes do not count, switch to anonymous.

What if part of the team is remote?

Share your screen in your video call and send the joining link. Remote colleagues answer at the same time as those in the room.
