How often should we run cybersecurity awareness sessions?

Short, regular sessions work better than one long annual course: fifteen minutes per quarter, one topic at a time. Relaunch the same Live to compare results over time.

Can I keep evidence for an ISO 27001 audit?

Yes. With named answers, you know who took part and what they answered. On paid plans, export the results as CSV or PDF and add them to your awareness records.

Where are my teams’ answers hosted?

In France, on HDS-certified servers, with no transfer outside the European Union. Evalandgo works with a data protection officer; everything is detailed in the trust centre.

Will participants admit a bad reflex?

Yes, if you choose anonymous answers when launching the session. “Who has ever clicked a suspicious link?” then gets an honest answer, and a real starting point for discussion.

Can I run the session by video call?

Yes. Share your screen in Teams, Zoom or Meet and send the joining link. On paid plans, the PowerPoint add-in also puts your questions directly into your slides.
