How many questions for a toolbox talk?
Three to five questions are enough, one per key rule. The rest of the time is for correcting, explaining and letting the team share situations they have experienced on site.
Can I prove who attended the safety talk?
Yes. Launch the session with named answers: you know who answered and what they answered. On paid plans, export the results as CSV or PDF for your register or audits.
Can I reuse the same quiz every month?
Yes. Simply launch a new session of the same Live. You compare results from one talk to the next and see whether a rule finally sticks.
My field teams have no computer. How do they answer?
A phone is enough. Participants scan the QR code, open the link or enter the 8-digit code, with no app to install and no account to create.
Should I show a leaderboard?
It is a good way to renew attention at the end of the talk. Add a small prize for the best score: the rule becomes a challenge, and it stays in people’s minds.
