Do your mandatory awareness sessions fall flat?

A serious topic, a top-down presentation, and a room waiting for the end. Do the opposite: start with a quiz on common misconceptions (“Can repeated messages to a colleague amount to harassment?”). Shared answers shake certainties, and the discussion starts by itself.

Can answers stay anonymous?

Yes. When launching the session, choose anonymous answers: each participant gets an automatically generated pseudonym. On a topic like harassment, that is what makes honest answers possible.

Can I keep a record of the awareness session?

Yes. Launch the session with named answers: you know who took part and what they answered. On paid plans, export the results as CSV or PDF for your records.

Which topics suit this format?
