Live is designed for in-session votes, the kind usually done by show of hands. For a statutory electronic vote with attendance sheets, proxies or certified signatures, use a legal voting tool: Evalandgo Live does not handle proxies or weighted votes.

Prepare your resolutions
One question per resolution, with three answers: for, against, abstain. Add a mood poll and an open question for any other business.
Let the room and remote members vote
Show the QR code in the room and send the link to remote members. The number of connected people appears live, so you can estimate turnout before each vote.
Show and export the results
Reveal each result as soon as voting closes. On paid plans, export everything as CSV or PDF to attach to the minutes.
At the end of the general meeting
Every resolution has its result on screen, remote members have voted like the room, and you leave with the exported votes for your minutes.

Frequently asked questions
Can remote members vote?
Yes. Send them the joining link or the 8-digit code: they vote from home at the same time as the room, and their answers are added to the results on screen.
Can the vote be anonymous?
Yes. In anonymous mode, each participant gets an automatically generated pseudonym, which avoids duplicates. Someone connected on two devices could still vote twice: for a statutory vote, use a legal voting tool.
Does Evalandgo Live replace a legal electronic voting tool?
No. It is designed for in-session votes, the kind usually done by show of hands. It does not handle attendance sheets, proxies, weighted votes or certified signatures: for a statutory vote that requires them, use a dedicated tool.
Can I see how many people are voting?
Yes. The number of connected people appears live during the session, and each question shows how many answers it has received. You can estimate turnout before announcing a result.
Can I attach the results to the minutes?
Yes. On paid plans, export the results as CSV or PDF at the end of the meeting, then attach them to the minutes of the general meeting.
How can I prepare the general meeting beforehand?
