Evalandgo Live
Run your meetings: get everyone involved.
To run an interactive meeting, ask a poll before the debate, show the answers live, then ask what explains the differences. With Evalandgo Live, everyone answers from their phone, and your team leaves with a decision.
Do your meetings feel like a monologue?
The manager talks, the team listens, and the same people always answer. Change the rules: from the first minute, put a question on screen. Everyone answers from their phone, and you finally hear the whole group.
A priority to choose? Vote before you debate. A key message to get across? End with a two-question quiz and a small prize for the best score. Attention holds until the end, and you know what the team remembers.
In three steps
Prepare a precise choice
Example: “Which topic should we tackle first: reliability, response time or team autonomy?” Add the context people need to compare the options.
Get the whole group to vote
Share the QR code or link and let everyone answer from their phone. Wait before commenting so you do not steer the answers.
Turn the result into action
Discuss the differences, name an owner and agree on a deadline. Record the decision in your tracking tool.
At the end of the meeting
Everyone has given their view, key messages are checked, and the team leaves with a priority, an owner and a date.

Frequently asked questions
How many questions should a meeting include?
Start with one question that opens the topic and another that helps choose the next step. Add a question only if its answer genuinely changes the discussion or the decision.
How can remote colleagues take part?
Share your screen in the video call and send the session link or code. Check that everyone can read the question and answer from a browser.
Will my team dare to share their views?
Yes, if you choose. When you launch each session, you decide whether participants answer anonymously or with their name. For sensitive views, anonymity helps people speak up; for individual follow-up, identify the answers.
Will my leadership team take it seriously?
Yes, because every question serves the meeting: gathering views, checking a message, choosing between options. Quizzes and leaderboards are simply ways to hold attention, in service of your decisions.
What if someone cannot answer online?
Offer a spoken or written alternative and explain how it will be taken into account. An equipment problem should never exclude someone from the discussion.
How can I follow up on decisions after the meeting?
With an Evalandgo survey, in the same account as your Live. Send it a few weeks later to measure the effect of the decisions and actions taken, without switching tools.
